Saturday
Saturdays is League day with all four teams playing every week. The First Team promoted to the Middlesex County League for the 2011 season were promoted again in 2012 and will now play in the Second Division. The Third Team were promoted to the County league in 2011 and won their divison in 2012 so will play in Division Two of the third team league. The Second Team play in Division 1 of the Middlesex Championship and winning that division this year will see them join the other two sides in the County League next season. We are also pleased to announce the formation of an historic Fourth team who are playing in the 1987 league in 2013.
Sunday
The two Sunday sides are both in the Chess Valley League. The First Team are in Division 6 while the Second Team are in Division 7. Sunday Cricket is also interpersed with Cup games in the National Cup, Club Cricket Conference and Middlesex Cup together with a sprinkling of non-league, otherwise known as "friendly" games.
The Midweek Team- the HOGS- takes its name from Harrow's Oldest and Grandest Store. This store, Sopers, used to close on Wednesday afternoons and ran its own cricket team from the St Mary's Clubhouse. When you won your "cap" with the HOGS, you were awarded a little pink pig to sow on your jumper. Over the years, Harrow St Mary's took over the team. Although midweek is non league, the cricket played is still serious stuff, albeit a little more socially friendly.
